The Old City District Registered Community Organization (RCO) meets on a regular monthly schedule to review proposed projects in Old City that require zoning relief from the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA). These projects were either refused permits due to non-compliance with a particular standard in the zoning code, or are proposing a use that requires a Special Exception.
The Old City RCO has a standing meeting time of the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 5:15, and convenes on an as-needed basis. These meetings are held at the Old City District office at 231 Market and are open to the public. The meetings are posted in advance on the Old City District website. Call 215 592 7929 to inquire about upcoming meeting agendas. Addresses within a certain distance of projects will receive a meeting notice directly from the project's representatives in accordance with Ctiy Council Bill No. 13065701.
