In the world of wine, a field blend – a combination of complimentary varietals that grow together – can offer a welcome surprise. We’re taking that idea and extending it to the kitchen! Join us as Fork Restaurant as we welcome kitchen talent from across Ellen Yin’s High Street Hospitality Group – Fork’s John Patterson, High Street on Market’s Andrew Farley, and a.Kitchen’s Eli Collins. Our chef team will create a mashup dinner of some of their favorite creations, designed to pair with some of our wine team’s favorite field blends. Field blend wines from Chester County’s Va La Vineyards will lead the wine lineup. Va La’s Anthony Vietri makes what Philadelphia Inquirer critic Craig LaBan calls “…some of the most unconventional and refined bottles of East Coast vino that I have tasted.” Limited availability.
