Oak, yeast, oxygen, and time – these are the things that define some of the world’s most unique wines. We’ll be pouring some of our favorite unexpected white wines – wines that certainly have gotten better with age, even if they were just released! We’ll pour a flight and glasses of special wines like R. Lopez de Heredia’s Viña Tondonia Reserva Rioja 2004 (which sees six years in oak barrels) and a unique wine from France’s Loire Valley that’s aged on lees (dead yeast) for over seven years! Join us at the Fork Bar to try some of our favorite unusual whites!
