The Philly PHLASH Downtown Loop returns for the 2017 season beginning on Thursday, March 23, with FREE rides for its opening day!
The Philly PHLASH is the most convenient and affordable way for visitors to navigate Philadelphia, with 22 stops located near museums, attractions, and historic institutions. The seasonal transit service is operated by the Independence Visitor Center, and its route provides service from the Delaware River Waterfront to Fairmount Park.
The PHLASH is just $2 per ride or $5 for an all-day pass. Riders can purchase onboard with exact change (cash only); at any Visitor Center location; or online. Children 4 and under, senior citizens, and SEPTA Pass and Key Card holders always ride FREE!
Providing service to each stop every 15 minutes, the PHLASH operates from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. seasonally. More details and full service schedule below.

§ September 8 – November 19: Friday – Sunday service
§ November 24 – December 31: Daily service
