1NEW! Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to experience the journey of pregnancy. The poses you'll learn will help ease discomfort, prepare your body for labor and childbirth, help you stay fit during your pregnancy, learn breathing techniques, and help you relax and bond with your baby. $95 for 6 week series (1 class per week). Class runs from 11/15 through 12/27 and meets on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
