Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar, located in Old City at 10 South 2nd Street, Philadelphia, 19106, will be offering three appetizer, two entrée and one dessert special, which will be available in addition to its a la carte dinner menu, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., on Thursday, February 14.  Standout dishes from Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot’s menu include Ostras Julio Lobos, oysters baked in a cazuelita with spinach, goat cheese, scallions and aguardiente sauce for $12; Tuna Wontons, fresh marinated tuna “picadillo”, crispy wonton Napoleon for $12; Raviolis de Plátano, sweet plantain, ricotta and mascarpone ravioli with chorizo and chipotle sauce for $11; Pargo Frito, crispy whole red snapper with coconut basmati rice and candied cashews, served with sprouts salad and a red curry-mango mojito sauce for $31; Pernil de Lechón, apple cider braised osso buco, served with a chocolate glaze, boniato purée and crispy onions for $27.  To complete the meal on a sweet note, lovebirds will enjoy Crepas con Naranja, crepes sautéed in butter, orange juice and Grand Marnier, served with a passionfruit Chantilly cream for $9.
