Easter at Red Owl Tavern
Red Owl Tavern, the modern American tavern on Independence Mall, offers locals and visitors an exceptional display of themed fare and libations available on Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17 during brunch service. In addition to the current seasonal breakfast and lunch offerings, guests can expect Whipped Ricotta Toast with kumquat marmalade and toasted hazelnuts, Shakshouka composed of baked eggs, spicy tomato sauce, feta, and olive oil, and Croque Madame with French ham, Gruyere, mornay, and a sunny side up egg.
For those interested in a tasty tipple to kick start the holiday festivities, Lead Bartender Christopher Devern is whipping up an Easter-appropriate craft cocktail dubbed We The Peeple composed of gin, St. Germain, lemon, blueberry syrup, egg white, heavy cream, and a Peep garnish.
