Royal Boucherie, Philadelphia's atmospheric and lively neighborhood restaurant and bar, is extending its sought-after brunch service for an all-day affair from 11am - 7pm on Sunday, January 1 in honor of the holiday. Those enjoying a Parisian-inspired brunch on New Year’s Day can indulge in classics and inventive riffs on breakfast and lunch fare including Eggs Benedict ($27) with seafood mousseline, leek, and sauce béarnaise, Escargot ($18) with garlic parsley butter and Pernod, Ratatouille Tian ($12) composed of summer vegetables, anchovy, Parmesan, and Maldon, Steak Tartare ($20) prepared with quail egg, pickled shallot, crispy capers, and tarragon aioli, and Crème Brûlée French Toast ($16) comprised of stuffed brioche, berries, berry jam, and maple syrup. Imbibers can select from the sweeping beverage offerings including the newly launched Old Fashioned Bar, a simple-and-easy customizable craft cocktail module available throughout the winter months.
