First Friday 5-Minute Cooking Demos

The AVC is again showing how quick and easy delicious vegan food can be. American Vegan Society staff and volunteers perform picnic-themed 5-minute cooking demos on the half hour (Rebeca Cintrón Olivencia-Loáisiga at 6:00, Taslim “Taz” Patterson at 6:30, Sunny Linkfield at 7:00, Elena Sequeira at 7:30). Visitors can enjoy the whole evening or drop in anytime for some fun tips, food, and socializing. All recipes will be available on a handout. Samples will be available to taste after each demo, plus other foods. This event is free, but donations are always appreciated!
