Gingerbread Workshop

Learn how to make and mold traditional gingerbread with Senior Pastry Assistants Rose Kyler and Rachel Gottfried.

Guests will first enjoy a brief talk about the history of gingerbread and confections in revolutionary era Philadelphia, while being able to sample several varieties of gingerbread, and enjoy a complimentary hot spiced spiked apple cider.

Everyone will then mold their own gingerbread cookies using Shane Confectionery’s collection of antique molds, which they will take home to bake, along with a recipe card.
