Meetinghouse by Candlelight

Join us on Friday, December 5, from 4:30 to 7 pm at Arch Street Meeting House as we celebrate the holiday season with a festive First Friday in Old City. Enjoy live music, family-friendly crafts, complimentary refreshments, and raffle prizes from local businesses and institutions.

The historic West Room, constructed in 1811, will be beautifully lit by candlelight, and across the meetinghouse will be live musical performances from the students of Germantown Friends School, Friends Select, Greene Street Friends School, the George School, and Frankford Friends School.

Enjoy complimentary light fare and wine, with beer courtesy of our friends at Yards Brewing Co.

Raffle prizes include items graciously donated by the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, Cartesian Brewing, Philadelphia Film Society, National Constitution Center, Campo’s Cheesesteaks, Conshohocken Brewing Co, Remark Glass, Science History Institute, and more!
