New This Year: A Cannoli Flavor Contest!

We all know that Philly is a foodie city; one that is heavily inspired by generations of Philadelphians (and the traditions) that have come before them. So, it should be no surprise that cannoli make the list of iconic bites. A sweet in both Italy and Philadelphia, it most certainly has a place in history.

To celebrate Philadelphia's Italian heritage and connections, the museum is partnering with Holy Cannoli to bring you a Cannoli Flavor Contest, where you can make your own history-inspired confection filling. Follow the link below for more information, including what you'll need to do to submit a creation. Don't want to submit a flavor, but more than happy to be a taster? Join us during Winter on the Waterfront, where the public, along with special judges, will vote on the winning flavor. The flavor that wins will be featured at Holy Cannoli for the entire month of January!
