Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, November 24th from 3 to 9 p.m.
The traditional feast, which is priced at $24.99 per person ($15.99 for kids 10 and under), features a choice of entrees that include roasted turkey, fried chicken, red pepper shrimp, or fried whiting, as well as a choice of two sides, featuring stuffing, candied yams, sautéed kale, mac & cheese, cornbread, and cranberry sauce. There will also be a choice of sweet potato pie or pumpkin pie for dessert.

Ice Cream Pies; our Terrapin pie makes a great Thanksgiving flavor. Terrapin Pie ($40) A flaky butter pastry crust is a the base of our interpretation of a Shane Confectionery’s Pecan Terrapin. Lined with chocolate Incredishell, and filled with sea salt caramel ice cream and pecan pieces, that is topped with hot fudge, sea salt, vanilla whipped cream and more caramel and pecans.
Molded Pumpkin Ice Cream Cake: ($60) Decadent molded Pumpkin Ice Cream Cake for the holidays! Tart Pumpkin Butter ice cream is layered with gooey butterscotch and caramelized white chocolate covered gingerbread pieces, candied ginger, and spiced pecans. Our 8″ cake is appropriate for 6-8 servings.

Riverwards Produce will be offering whole turkeys from both Smith Poultry and Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op, available now for preorder through November 17th (or sellout), with turkeys ranging from either 8-12 or 12-16 pounds. Visit to pre-order turkeys.

The market is fully stocked with apple cider and apples from Ben Wenk’s 3 Springs Fruit Farm, including a multitude of baking apples, from classics to heirloom varieties. The store offers Brussels sprouts grown specifically for them from LeRoy Fisher of Country Hill Produce. Local eggs, potatoes and squash, including honeynut, come from Sunny Harvest, an Amish farming cooperative. For pre-dinner charcuterie boards, there are cured meats, and there are local cheeses from Valley Milkhouse and Kensington’s Perrystead Dairy, as well as pickles from Fishtown Pickle Project. For stuffing, Finazzo is stocking bread from Lost Bread Co., Mighty Bread Co., and Merzbacher’s, as well as beef and pork for sausages from Stryker Farm near Wind Gap, PA.

For those who don’t eat turkey, Riverwards stocks Green Circle Lancaster chickens, and for vegans, there are many plant-based meat options available, including the hype-worthy Bandit dairy-free cheeses. For dessert, Riverwards offers varieties of gelato from Fiore Fine Foods, and Milk Jawn ice cream. There is also a large selection of local butter, including vegan options, as well as milk from Oasis Farm & Fishery in Pittsburgh, and eggs from Horse Shoe Ranch in Pottstown.
