Caramel & Toffee Making Workshop
Learn how to make caramels, caramel sauce, and toffee from Senior Pastry Assistants Rose Kyler and Rachel Gottfried.
Guests will have an opportunity to assist in making a variety of Shane Confectionery and Franklin Fountain caramel products. Everyone will take home a small jar of caramel sauce, some wrapped caramels and a toffee, as well as recipes to use at home.
