Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the District and any of its suppliers under any provision of theseTerms, and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to $100.00 USD.

The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding its conflict of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
